Hot Ginger Coffee

6 TBL ground coffee (not instant) 1 TBL grated orange peel
1 TBL Chopped crystallized ginger 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and/or additional orange peel.  

  1. Combine the coffee, orange peel, ginger and cinnamon; pour into a coffee filter.
  2. Brew according to manufacturer's directions
  3. Pour into mugs, garnish with whipped cream, cinnamon sticks and orange peel.
  4. Yield: 6 Servings
