Holiday Honey Pineapple Bread

- In a bowl, blend thoroughly the oil, honey, and eff. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, whole bran and pineapple juice, mixing just until
dry ingredients are moistened.
- Fold in the nuts.
- Pour batter into a greased and
floured loaf pan and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
