Holiday Honey Pineapple Bread


2 T. corn oil3/4 t. salt
1 C. honey 1 C. whole bran
1 egg, slightly beaten 1 C. pineapple juice
2 C WW flour 3/4 C. chopped nuts
2 t. baking powder  


  1. In a bowl, blend thoroughly the oil, honey, and eff. Stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, whole bran and pineapple juice, mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  2. Fold in the nuts.
  3. Pour batter into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
