Low-Carb Taco Salad

4 Cups Romaine lettuce chopped 8 ounces ground beef
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (no sugar) 1 green onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup tomato chopped 1/6 avocado chopped
4 black olives sliced 2 ounces cheddar cheese grated
2 Tbsp. sour cream  

  1. Arrange two or three large, whole romain lettuce leaves on a large plate.
  2. Brown ground beef in a medium skillet and mix in taco seasoning.
  3. Divide chopped lettuce equally between the two plates.
  4. Top with beef, onion, tomatoes. avacado, olives and grated cheese. Garnish with sour cream.
