| 1 cup organic butter (no substitutes) | 1/2 cup fructose |
| 1 tsp vanilla extract | 2 cups organic all purpose flour |
| 3/4 cup ground almonds (toasted) | 1 cup confectioner's sugar |
| 1 TBL ground nutmeg | |

- In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour, mix well. Stir in almonds.
- Shape into 1" balls; place 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake at 300 deg for 18-20 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
- Combine confectioner's surgar and nutmeg.
- Gently roll cooled cookies in sugar mixture. Yield: 5 dozen.
