| 1/2 C Oatmeal | 1 T Sesame Seeds |
| 1 C Plain Yogurt | 1/2 C Chopped Peaches |
| 2 T Orange Juice | 1/2 C Chopped Apples |
| 1/2 C Raisins | 1/2 C Bananas |
| 1/4 C Almonds, Chopped | |
- Fold all ingredients together.
- You can substitute sunflower seeds for sesame seeds or pecans for almonds.
