| 4 Cups Romaine lettuce chopped |
8 ounces ground beef |
| 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning (no sugar) |
1 green onion, finely chopped |
| 1/4 cup tomato chopped |
1/6 avocado chopped |
| 4 black olives sliced |
2 ounces cheddar cheese grated |
| 2 Tbsp. sour cream |

- Arrange two or three large, whole romain lettuce leaves on a large plate.
- Brown ground beef in a medium skillet and mix in taco seasoning.
- Divide chopped lettuce equally between the two plates.
- Top with beef, onion, tomatoes. avacado, olives and grated cheese. Garnish with sour cream.
