| 1/4 cup beef drippings |
4 eggs |
| 1/3 cup low carb bake mix |
2 tsp oil |
| 1/3 cup protein powder, unflavored |
1 cup half-and-half |
| 1 tsp salt |

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Spray a 10-inch pie pan with nonstick cooking spray, add the beef drippings and tilt the pan to cover the whole bottom. Set aside.
- In a bowl, combine the bake mix, protein powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine eggs, oil and half-and-half.
- Whisk the liquid ingredients well, add the dry ingredients, whisk until well combined.
- Pour into prepared pan, bake for 20 minutes. Turn oven down to 350 degrees, cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes
- Cut into wedges and serve with your roast.
Yield: 8 servings, each with 3 grams total carbs, and 1 gram fiber, for a total of 2 net carbs per serving and 9.5 grams of protein.
